We kick things off with a virtual or in-person consultation to better understand your organizational goals and preferences, and specific needs for your space. This first step helps set the foundation for a customized plan that speaks directly to your needs.

Plan

Joana will develop a tailored plan that will act as a roadmap to help identify your immediate needs, set priorities, and outline all necessary steps to achieve your organizational goals.

Evaluate and Edit

The transformation begins. Joana will diligently work through editing, reassigning, and labeling to make sure every item in your space finds its perfect place. You can choose whether or not to be present during this process. Joana will check in with you frequently to ensure any changes she makes align with your habits and lifestyle.

Organize

Now it’s time to put everything in its place. Joana will skillfully arrange your space based on the personalized plan she created with you. Throughout the organization process, she will ensure the new setup supports your needs and consistently meets your expectations.

Follow-Up and Adjust

About a month post-project, Joana will follow up to see how the new system is working out. This ensures that what we put in place works for you and allows us to make any necessary adjustments for long-term success and usability.

How should I prepare for the initial consultation?

For a virtual consultation, we recommend using a lightweight device (cell phone, tablet) to walk us through your space. Also, in some cases we might ask you to have some measurements of your space on hand (especially for areas that might involve shelving). For an in-person consultation, just be ready to walk us through your space and discuss your needs.

How long does a typical organization project take?

Project duration varies based on the size and complexity of the space. A small room might take a few hours, while larger projects can span several days. We’ll give you a more accurate timeline during the planning phase.

Can you explain your sustainability practices?

Sustainability is at the core of our work. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible and aim to repurpose and reuse items to minimize waste. Our goal is to organize your space thoughtfully without contributing to environmental harm.

What should I expect during the organization project?

Expect a collaborative process where your input is valued. You can be as involved as you like, but we’ll also handle everything from decluttering to donation drop off. We ensure the solutions we implement are practical and sustainable for your lifestyle.
